FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions!)

The website looks weird! Does EyeTarot.com support IE6 and/or IE7?

At this time, EyeTarot supports the following browsers: Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, IE8 and above. The site does not support IE6 or IE7. We encourage users of these IE versions to upgrade to a later, supported version of IE or an alternative browser.

Are my tarot readings public or private?

By default, your readings are saved as 'private' readings.

If you'd like to share a link to a reading with a friend, that reading first needs to be made 'public'. There are two ways to make your reading public:

What will happen if I make my tarot reading public?

Making your reading public enables you to 'share' a link to that reading with a friend by email. If you click on 'Share this reading with a friend', your friend will receive a link to that reading.

How do I make my tarot reading private again after making it public?

Click on 'My tarot journal' in the navigation, and then click on the reading you want to make private. Click 'Edit' (beside 'Reading Notes and Tags') under the card spread. Uncheck the option to "Make this reading public'.

What's the difference between 'Make this reading public' and 'Make notes and tags public, too'?

EyeTarot.com enables two 'public' settings. If you check 'Make this reading public', only your question, the card spread and EyeTarot's interpretations for the cards and their positions will be public. If you check 'Make notes and tags public, too' then any personalized notes (positional or general) plus any tags you have added will be visible to friends you share the reading with.

How do I edit my tarot reading?

Once a reading is saved, you can edit it (notes, tags, etc.) clicking 'Edit' (beside 'Reading Notes and Tags') under the card spread.

After saving a reading, you can still edit the reading by clicking on 'My tarot journal' in the navigation, clicking on the reading, then clicking 'Edit' (beside 'Reading Notes and Tags') under the card spread.

How do I name my tarot reading?

You have the option to 'Name your reading' while adding notes and tags to your reading. If you do not name the reading, you will still be able to identify and edit the reading in your 'Tarot Journal' by the original question you asked the tarot cards.
